Integration notes
The application posts approved finance transactions to Xero via API. Xero remains the official accounting record for invoices, purchase orders, payments, VAT, and ledger reporting.
Open decisions required before full implementation: Xero edition and region, chart of accounts mapping, tax rate mappings, contact sync rules, who may approve posting, and whether quotes are sent from Xero or from this application.
